The School continues its popular Professional Development Series with courses designed to help licensees stay on top of the latest trends and issues impacting the real estate industry while completing the education necessary to renew your license. Topics listed in this section will increase your value to your client, the consumer and the transaction. Courses listed here provide real estate (PA and DE) and legal (PA) continuing education credits wherever possible.

Classes are held at the Association of REALTORS® School in Malvern, PA between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted:

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission is developing 14 hour mandatory continuing education course content for all licensees in their first renewal cycle. It is our understanding that this will affect anyone licensed on or after December 1, 2007. The mandatory course must be completed by May 31, 2010. At press time, no classes had been approved to satisfy the requirement. Updates will be posted to this website and published in the Weekly News and Education Newsletter as they become available.
