Renewal Requirements

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission has mandated that real estate sales persons, associate brokers, brokers and appraisers must complete continuing education as part of the renewal for their license. The Association of REALTOR® School provides courses that satisfy most if not all of these requirements. To assist our members and students with understanding the requirements, we have highlighted them on the site.
